According to Mr. Maitlan they will submit several ideas for designs in 3-D models.

THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR ALL YOUR HELP ON THIS PROJECT!
The Pittsburgh Technical Institute, where Vincent Pitcher graduated from, will be working to design a skate park for Dormont Borough.
Mr Maitland, Vincent's instructor, actually said that it will be an honor for them to help with the memorial skate park.
They have an experinced CAD and PRO-E staff and state-of-the-art equipment nwith a department with many qualified engineers and can produce 3-D models of the design.
Vince loved this school and I sincerely reccommend it to all parents and people interested in getting highly qualfied to became a CAD desinger or other varied technical areas. They offer many different programs and honestly CARE about their students! You get a great feeling that they boost moral ....from every member of the staff and the students that attend there. Their commercials don't tell you that and I wish to express to them... that they did A LOT for Vincent, and I wish to thank them all! Ok, well......
The design must incorporate the desires of the skaters and bikers....ramps, bowls, trick boxes, grind rails, and street paths for beginners to advanced skaters and bikers. Not only will they be investigating the latest designs on the internet but also will be visiting the newest local parks to see how we can make ours "the best in town" ! :D
Since this is a community effort, we need all the imput we can get from all the young (and old..lol) skaters and bikers out there. Please DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT US...as once this is built it is staying for 50 years!
We are hoping that Mr. Turkall (Nick's Dad), who is an experienced Architect will help with the final design choice, along with the many experienced skaters and bikers from the surrounding communities.
DO NOT STAND IDLY BY WHILE THIS PROCESS IS IN PROGRESS...YOU DO HAVE A VOICE IN THE DESIGN...LET US KNOW WHAT YOUR VISION IS...PLEASE!
